Genesis Companion Care is looking for kind, dependable people who want to make a difference. As a companion caregiver or homemaker, you will help seniors and veterans across Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast live comfortably and independently at home.
Our caregivers provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, respite and 24-hour support. If you are patient, reliable and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you.
What you will do
- Provide friendly companionship and conversation
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry
- Run errands and accompany clients to appointments
- Give medication reminders and support daily routines
- Offer respite for family caregivers, including overnight and 24-hour shifts
What we look for
- A kind, patient and dependable personality
- Caregiving experience, professional or with family
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Reliable transportation is a plus
- CPR, CNA or HHA training is a plus, not required
